Through the film, many personalities as well as french and moroccan archaeologists stress the importance of safeguarding these sites. The archaeologists\u2019 work on site is described in many sequences: inventory of discovered material, description and classification, rediscovery of the chronological stages in tool construction, and research into the behaviour of prehistoric man.
