Distinguished personalities from the fields of cinema, archaeology, folklore and journalism participate in the jury panels of the 13th International Archaeological and Cultural Documentary Festival – AGON

The Selection Committee, which is responsible for selecting the films to be screened at the Festival, is composed, in alphabetical order, of:

  • Dionysia Kopana,

    director, founder and president of the AGON Festival

The International Jury that will award the established AGONAS awards is composed, in alphabetical order:

    honorary curator of the Municipal Museum of Rovereto, founder of the Rovereto Film Festival, former curator of the Archaeological Film Museums in Florence and Bacoli (Italy)

    director-producer (United Kingdom)
  • Dr Anastasia Gadοlou,
    archaeologist at the Hellenic Ministry of Culture, general director of the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki
  • Vasilis Karamitsanis,
    president of the Animasyros International Animation Festival
  • Lada Laura,
    director of the International Archaeological Film Festival of Split (Croatia)
  • Despina Mouzaki,
    producer, Dean of the School of Fine Arts at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, former director of the Thessaloniki Film Festival
