Through a series of interviews, the film retraces the discovery of a unique document, the bronze scroll, its cutting out and its first processing by the British, its significance and the historical context at the time it was drawn. The film then presents EDF’s work, under the Patronage for Technology and Science, which led to the document’s restoration and duplication, thus allowing the community of historians to provide us with a new interpretation of the Scroll.
