In 1946 began one of the most colossal projects conducted in Europe, the construction of the reservoir Salime break in a remote and rugged region of Asturias. The work was quite a feat; more for a country seeking to overcome a civil war and that it had very limited means. More than 3.500 people worked and lived around this building which is still active, although it is only surrounded by ruin and oblivion.
