This 3D film deals with the construction history of the Acropolis Erechtheion in Athens. It traces the changes wrought on the monument, from its original form in antiquity, to the repairs during Roman times, its conversion to a Byzantine church, the damages sustained in Ottoman times through to more recent conservation work. It recalls the era of Pittakes and Balanos and then focuses on the present and the restoration work carried out by the Acropolis Conservation Committee, under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Culture.
