This film is based on a scientific research seeking to explain the predominance of horses in Paleolithic art and studies the relation between the antiquity horse and the Przewalski horse. Set up as a treasure hunt, the film takes us on a journey to France and Europe, to important sites where horse was known since the pre-historic period, from the Canrabrian coast to the Mongolian steppes, from Rotterdam to the museum of National History of Paris and from the Lascaux caves to Solutre mountain of Burgundy. The film will help us discover aspects of the history of the relation between horses and men who remained largely unknown until the launching of this research.
