Unprecedented archaeological discoveries on a Norman beach lead a team of archaeologists to follow in the footsteps of a Celtic people, whose culture seems to differ from that of their neighbours from the rest of the Gaul. Εxceptionally well-preserved remains under the fine sand are gradually being resurfaced. Time is running out, before marine erosion destroys for ever the last traces of the life of the men and women who lived here between the 2nd and 1st centuries before our era. Gradually, the investigation permits us to get an idea of the lifestyle of these seaside people and the ties they maintained with the Mediterranean world and with the people of the island of Brittany, namely present-day England.
