Amphoralis, the secret of the Gallo-Roman potters

This documentary is an opportunity to follow a unique archaeological experiment: the identical reconstruction of one of the gallo-roman furnaces on the archaeological site of Sallèles d’Aude (France), and the experimental baking of ceramics, as this used to take place in ancient times. It also gives us the chance to present an archaeological site of great importance for the knowledge of the mediterranean gallo-roman world, and the Amphoralis Museum with its valuable exhibits on public display.
